Provided by YP.comAwesome service best known secret in town! I have been a customer for 3 years. Always fair prices and tells me what I have to fix, should fix, and or can wait fix on my car. Doesn't try to over spend my budget on car repairs.

Provided by YP.comIn February my car needed the water pump replaced and was not able to be driven until it was replaced. Don’s towing was the one who picked up my car and not having a mechanic in the area I had them tow it back to their shop. Fast forward to today, 5 months later, I need my water pump replaced, AGAIN! The part is covered under warranty, however labor isn’t unless I go back to them. I no longer live in the area and will not have them touch my car again. I called around to see the price to replace my water pump. Two separate mechanics quoted me prices that were $200 less than what Don’s charged me, not knowing the part would be covered under warranty. I brought my invoice to one mechanic and the mechanic was dumbfounded as how they charged me $550 to get it replaced. Don’s said they charge the industry standard rate, but there’s no way I believe that with two other mechanics and google telling me it should’ve been less than $400. Do research on your fix and call around before you let them touch your car!!! They took advantage of a college girl and it doesn’t seem like I am the only one after talking with some of my friends who have also had car repairs done here.

Provided by YP.comLast week I had spent the night by my boyfriend's apartment and since I worked until late that night, he parked on the street, leaving his spot available for me in the parking lot. The next morning as I was leaving for work, I went out to a nonexistent vehicle. Luckily he hadn't left yet, so I was able to take his car to work. At this point, I was unsure if it had been towed, or potentially stolen, but as I was already flustered and running late to work, I had no time to call. My boyfriend ended up calling over there for me, and after some time of refusing to give him information, he found out they had towed me because my vehicle was "unregistered"
(mind you that in his parking lot spots are numbered, not stickered, and his landlord re-clarified that anyone can park there). I shouldn't have been towed, and while they didn't make me pay for it, I still had to take PTO to pick it up on Friday because I worked until 5PM (which is when they close), and my boyfriend and I both had to work Friday night, so we needed two vehicles. The whole situation was handled completely unprofessional. They made a mistake, yet they made no attempt to better it. In my opinion, if they tow your vehicle on "accident", then they should have to drop it back off as well. It was a total inconvenience for both myself and my boyfriend that day, and when we went to pick it up, there were no apologies made, just a "That was our bad". We have used them in the past for towing and oil changes, but I guarantee that they have lost our business (and referrals) from this point forward.

Provided by YP.comThey have poor customer service and poor communication between co-workers. They were wrong with towing my vehicle and they didn't have enough guts to admit it, so they made it feel like I was so fortunate to be gifted with my vehicle back. In the end I didn't pay anything, but they could of handled the situation a lot more professionally and still would of ended in the same result. The conversation basically went a bunch of arguing back and forth, and ending with them realizing they were in the wrong because of poor communication between employees. They should consider a new business strategy.
