Worst place to buy a vehicle! Let me begin by saying, I purchased a $17,000 2011 Dodge Ram and had it for 16 days before it broke down. I was in the middle of moving, and was 3 hours from Lacrosse. I called Eagle to talk to Levi (sales) and was told to drive it back to Lacrosse. I again told him the truck wouldn't make it, and said I will take it to the nearest dealership for service. He demanded that they will only cover it if i bring it to them.Today I sent a message to Levi asking about my vehicle and he sends me a message back to F**K OFF. So as of today I have called an attorney and will be filling a lawsuit against Eagle Motors. They are all a bunch of CROOKS. Stay AWAY< and AVOID THIS PROBLEM PLACE!! No good thieves, and junk vehicles. I am out $17,000 for truck, $1000 in down payment monies, and $550 for title and license fees. I truly hope they get handed the book.
