Can't even give one star to Rocky Rococo's in La Crosse, WI on 4th Street. I received a pizza today that once AGAIN was way UNDER baked. The dough was soggy. Need to train the cooks on baking pizza for total baking time and how to tell if pizza is fully cooked! I will never order Rocky's again. Had this happen in the past, I had called up to complain and would re-order in hopes they have corrected the problem. I called to complain today. My option from customer service is for them to remake the pizza and deliver or receive coupon for a free pizza. Then there had been a short argument on how long I have had the pizza. I ordered on Saturday, April 28th. Ticket #32. Time on ticket 2:26 pm - 2:39 pm. I called to complain at 3:20 pm. I would have called sooner but had looked on the ticket for an address link on the ticket and on the computer to send complaint directly to the store. When couldn't find any is when the call was made. I have no complaints on the delivery driver. He was courteous and professtional. The coupon that I will be receiving (if they follow through) will be given to my son. He seems to still like Rocky's. I, on the other hand, will never order Rocky's again. This was the last chance. I had been a customer since the late 1970's.
