Dr. Fleshman is awesome been at it for years and he's a staple in Lacrosse. I love the personal attention I get both he and his assistant know me my name. It's a small practice and when you call in your most likely going to get the answering machine that just means they're busy and they're busy because they do good service and people keep coming to him. Leave a message I've always got a call back. I don't know what this other lady on here was all teed off about. The best thing about dr. Fleishman is he explains exactly what he's doing and why. His rates are much less than any other place in town and again the personal attention and explanation of everything that he does is superb. The man is a perfectionist and what comes to my smile that's just the kind of doctor I want working on it.

I would like to be able to rate this dentist, but unfortunately we couldn't get past his unhelpful office staff. They never answer their phone. There is a message that tells you to leave a message and they will return you call but no one ever does. After numerous attempts, a rude young lady called back and was very snotty. Never apologized for not getting back to me the first 3 times I called and was quite obnoxious (of course she never gave me her name while she was putting me in my place). It made me so mad I called back and cancelled my sons appointment. When I said I was cancelling and taking my business elsewhere she said fine and made no attempt to apologize of correct the situation (practically hung up on me) . I've worked 20+ years in customer service for a big hospital in Milwaukee, WI. I would be surprised if this Dentist even has a practice. He either doesn't realize that his office staff (first impression) makes a difference or doesn't care. Maybe he has enough patients and doesn't need any new ones. Or, maybe he doesn't have a clue what's going on in his office and that his receptionist is chasing away new patients. For his sake I hope he reads this and gets some decent help.
