Just got off the website and had to laugh at the statement "All work is Guaranteed." That's a joke! My daughter got her nails done there on January 11th. That same day they started to bubble, and little by little 5 of the nails fell off. We live 30+ miles away, so we get to La Crosse about every two weeks. We went in today and explained what happened, and guess what....They did nothing! The lady pretty much said that 2 weeks is the life of the nails which is a load of crap! Their customer service is a joke, and their guarantee is worthless! They will never get our business again! Beware!!!
