I have been a regular customer for mamy years! I give them 70 bucks every 2 weeks. Today I needed my nails and brows done for a wedding! Went early at 10:30, waited 20 min. Had to leave, tried their sister store in Chikamauga, also waited 20 min, went back to lucky nails, they said it would be an hour. I think it is time to find a new nail place, if this is how they treat their regular customers! No apology, no gift certificate for my inconvenience! Not just terrible service, but no service! You would think, that when I came back the second time, I would have been waited on! I am very disappointed, no nice nails for the wedding, and I will have to pluck the brows myself
