Perfect! The receptionist also did a phenomenal job and was extremely helpful! Give em all raises $$$

Everything went as I was told. A couple of suggestions...when confirming appt. tell patient to not only bring a hat but to have soothing lotion and aquafor ready at home. I was given samples which I needed. Hand held fan during procedure did not provide relief and so attendant brought a floor fan which was so much better. I was not given follow up care paperwork but was called next day and so I asked the questions I had about when I can wash face, do I use my regular lotions and serums on it etc. Wasn't sure if I should sleep face up or not. Lastly, it is a bit claustrophobic in there with the eye patches on and so I wished I had put on my earphones with music. Might be something to suggest to patient to make it less stressful. Hope this helps!

Was hesitant to go to the dermatologist as I have been insecure about my acne. Elizabeth made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. She provided helpful solutions and I am looking forward to seeing improvements. Very happy with my visit!

i was apprehensive on her beinh my provider and how seriously she would treat my acne. Fortunately she was quick in getting me a diagnosis and start my treatment of accutane. 6 months later my skin is the best its ever been. There was some complications along the way but im happy with the end result

I had a very good experience with her. It was my first visit and she made me feel comfortable and gave me time to explain what was going on. She had a good plan for me and will follow up with her in 2 months.
