CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

The Walgreens store on Clintion hwy and Merchants rd. is in need of some integrity. The asst. manager and the some of the pharmacy staff covers thier mistakes, they make it appear as if it did not happen. Long story short I waited on a perscription for over an hour, the Dr. office called it in at 11:00 am I got to the store at 5:40 pm, the clerk told me it was not ready, but it would be ready in afew minutes. They were busy,but instead of them calling me when it was ready it was put on the shelf. After I asked again about the perscription the clerk started looking for it after 5 minutes she found it in the bin, instead of admitting to a mistake she took it back to the pharmacist and he repackaged it with new documents saying it had just been completed. The new complition time was 6:41 pm and I paid for it at 6:42 pm. Icalled the asst. manager of the store and she upheld them in thier cover up. I hope the integrity of corprate management is much better than this, or your company as well
