Fortunately, only 2 repairs needed. Received prompt service. Great work. It is unfortunate that La Grange Police department wants to use a towing company much further away. I happened to witness a friend w/ minor accident in front of LaGrange Post Office. Police was called, did not come for 15 minutes but tow truck from Summit was right behind police. Police
would not allow towing to LaGrange Auto Body 1/2 mile away.

Came here with insurance claim. Had estimate done and schedule an appoinment for a week later. Had my wife take car to drop off on scheduled day and they start arguing with her that there wasn't an appointment even though I scheduled it. In the estimate they quoted me 5-7 days. After a week I call them. They say, "oh sorry it'll be another week." They didn't think to maybe call me and let me know that!!!! 5 days later I CALL AGAIN and they say it's being painted it should be ready tomorow. I CALL AGAIN the next day. Now they say the car is being reassembled and it will be ready in....3 DAYS. When I finally challenge them on all of this he say, "Well Sir you didn't have an appointment." I can't wait for this nightmare to end. Number of times I was called by them to discuss the delays=0. DOnt put yourself through this. STAY AWAY!!!!!
