I recently visited the Express Med Spa in Shorewood for a dermaplaning session with Erica, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole experience feel comfortable and straightforward. The check-in process was quick, and the facility was spotless, which is always a plus in my book.

Erica handled my dermaplaning treatment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was knowledgeable and took her time to explain exactly what dermaplaning is and what I could expect during and after the session. I appreciated that she didn’t rush through the consultation—she gave me a detailed overview of the benefits of dermaplaning, how it would help remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz, and even what kind of results I could expect for my skin type. It was clear she knew what she was talking about, which made me feel confident in moving forward with the treatment.

During the treatment, Erica was gentle and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. She explained each step of the process as she went along, from prepping my skin to the actual dermaplaning technique. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth, and I appreciated how careful she was throughout. I never felt any discomfort, and it was clear she was very skilled at what she does.

The results were great! My skin felt incredibly smooth and looked so much brighter right after the treatment. Erica gave me detailed aftercare instructions, making sure I knew how to take care of my skin over the next few days to maintain the results. She even recommended a few skincare products that would work well with my skin type, but there was no pressure to buy anything, which I appreciated.

The equipment was clearly well-maintained, and you could tell hygiene is a top priority at this location.

One of the best parts of my visit was how efficiently everything was managed. Even though Erica took her time to give me a thorough consultation and treatment, I didn’t feel like I was stuck waiting around at any point. It’s nice to know that you can get quality service without spending your whole day there.
