I am extremely disappointment with my experience with this business. I went there for new glasses and took the designer frames which had belonged to my mom and were only a few months old. When my glasses were supposed to be ready, I called several times asking when I could get them (I paid the entire bill at the time of order) but no one could tell me when they would be ready even after I went in person to ask. I finally got to talk with the manager who told me they lost my frames. They have agreed to replace the frames which will take at minimum a couple of weeks to order and receive from Italy. Then they will have to go to the lab to have the lenses put in, back to Family Vision Care and then hopefully I can get them. But what is the most upsetting is that there is no way they can account for the loss of sentiment for the frames which belonged to my beloved mother and which I wanted to wear in remembrance of her. In the future, I will be using a different vision care facility.
