Wow - I am very surprised to read of Karina's experience - it most certainly does not reflect the customer service I have always experienced at Salon 180. My stylist (Elyse) is GREAT, and always encourages me to come back if I felt the cut wasn't short enough, bangs trimmed, etc. The staff makes me feel quite welcomed and comfortable (unlike many other salons I've tried). And as for having feathers put in there, my daughter-in-law has had hers in for three months, and they still look great! I would not hesitate to recommend Salon 180 to anyone and everyone!

I get a compliment on my hair at least once a day, from people I don't even know. The salon is great and the stylists are very talented and knowledgeable.

For the first time in a long time I looked in the mirror and knew I loved my hair. I was booked with Lisa. She was really open with her ideas but kept mine in play too. We came up with something we were both happy with. Although I usually dread haircuts I can't wait to go back again!
