Founded in 1998, Buckner Elementary School is a part of the Oldham County Schools. The school offers a variety of educational, extracurricular and enrichment programs for students in grades kindergarten through five. The school offers sport programs in cheerleading, basketball, cross-country, football, and athletics. Located in Buckner, Ky., the school is accredited with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and serves the educational needs of more than 600 students.
