Work took forever and now they gave me one reason after the other why my tree isn't healthy. You just know they won't do anything. I am going to a reputable nursery now. Would never recommend to anyone.

Shane was prompt to give me a bid for trees to be set and followed through with installation in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I would do repeat business.

While this company may do good work, it is not worth it. They will avoid you at all costs if there is anything wrong once the job is complete. How much? I had to hire an attorney just to get their owner to respond to me and take any action. The owner will avoid you and if you get through will tell you that your remediation is “on the schedule” when it’s not. They say they will do the work and will not. This is no embellishment



The saga has been going on for well over a year now. And while it does involve the mismanaged and inefficient MSD, Cardinal did not do preliminary homework on the project and obviously do not want to do any post-job work, either. Arguably the worst customer service of any company you will hire. I can’t imagine any other local landscaping company being any less concerned with its customers than Cardinal. So be afraid. Be very afraid. Better yet, save yourself the stress and avoid them the same way they will avoid you if a problem arises.

Cardinal Landscaping exceeded my expectations, not only with the design and build of my new beautiful back yard paradise, but the job was completed on schedule, and the customer service could not have been better. We have spent thousands of dollars with Cardinal Landscaping, on numerous jobs over the years, from walkways, to a deck, to landscaping, and tree removal. Tony Karimi truly cares about his customers, and from what we can tell, does everything in his power to see the job is done right the first time.



My projects have always been left clean, and completely finished.

According to our experience with Cardinal Nursery they made promises but didn't deliver and when we questioned them about it they were just plain rude.



We tried to use Cardinal Nursery to make a landscape design for our house. They came out and took some measurements and we agreed on a price but they never delivered. After four weeks of telling us "it's almost done" we finally told them to forget it. They basically said that bigger jobs kept coming up. I wish they would have just turned our job down at the beginning since they made us miss a planting season.

I just wanted to write to tell about my experience with Cardinal Nursery. Tony Karimi who is the owner redid all my landscaping and we spent thousands of dollars with his company. We had some trees that didn't make it. Tony took it on personally and replaced them. Our landscaping is beautiful and continue to use his company and referred many friends to him which are also happy. I know Tony will take any issues personally if it's his fault. I would recommend using his any day. Great work and customer service.

This company did work for me in 2008. They did a poor job and have promised on several occasions to come out and fix it. they never have made good on this promise.



check their BBB rating, there is a complaint they have promised to resolve but have never done so!



DO NOT USE THESE CONTRACTORS !!!

This contractor was to do some landscaping, grading and seeding. Not only did they not do what they said, none of there work was completed correctly. Even after payment and a promise to come out and make it rught.. they did not return. I filed a claim with BBB and they responded and said,"they look forward to taking care of this " Needless to say, they never did.



There is still a claim pending. I would definetly NOT use this contractor
