I had an appointment for a wedding hair and makeup trial before my engagement pictures and Katie texted me the week before to tell me she had to cancel it. I agreed to let her coworker, Emily, take the appointment instead. Not only did Katie never apologize to me, she showed up at the time of my appointment, ignored me, and proceeded to color someone else's hair. When Emily finished, I found out she doesn't do makeup, although I was expecting her to, and Katie refused to do it because she was taking care of another customer DURING MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Emily did a great job though.
