U only get a star simply because i am forced to select one.Not sure if this will get to the people that it needs to....but to the cops that shot that innocent dog and to those who have decided to not do anything or to keep them on the pay roll...you are all the lowest kind of people. Something needs to be done so that people who are in a higher position don't take advantage of it. Just because you have a badge doesn't mean that you can do whatever you want. What you did was animal cruelty and you should be punished for it.

Officer Howell was not trained properly for the animal capture in which he chose to kill a dog for no legitimate reason. Training would not have helped in his case though, because you cannot train stupid out of people. The police department paid the dog owner $50,000 for the loss. Both the officer and the police chief should have been fired for gross incompetence.

I believe if you hire police officers that can do that to an innocent dog , you should all be let go !giving you one star is to much !
