I am very unhappy with the pharmacist Neil Mizoguchi who has filled my Livalo twice. The bottle of Livalo from the manufacturer is too small for the labels the pharmacy uses. He is to lazy to put the medication in a vial. Instead he just slaps the label on over the cap. When you open the bottle the label and RX number is destroyed. The first time he did it, I returned to the pharmacy and had him dispense the medication properly. However, he did not learn and has done this a second time. I am a pharmacist who knows how a dispensed prescription should look. In addition there are several other problems with the Yorba Linda store #9905 that are very annoying. I ordered 6 maintance meds, it took 3 trips before the store was able to fill them all. I generally wait at least a week before even attempting to pick up refills. It generally takes that long for them to order the medications. Nothing ever is in stock.
