I ordered a $140 cake for a baby shower. The shower was cancelled the same day, and I called four hours later, the same day, to cancel my order. They happily cancelled my order, but then informed me that they have a no refund policy. They kept my money on "credit", even though in ten years of living in La Habra I had NEVER used them, and never intended to in the future. This was an expensive special occasion, and in this economy, paying $140 for nothing is thievery, even in the best of times. They MIght have good products, but their policies should be revealed prior to purchases. They refused to speak to me about this, and they refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau. Color me robbed!
