lead based paint, asbestos cealing, no house rules are ever enforced. Cameras to prevent cars being broken into or parts stolen which do not work, management never does their job, couples fighting all day so no one gets to relax in their over priced homes, management does not address complaints by residents, maintenance does not replace broken items in a residence, it is a pet friendly community but animals run free in the alleys, bark all hours of the day and night, children play in the alley where cars drive well over the posted speed limit, gardeners use gas blowers weekly in the car port and place them on vehicles thst damage the body and paint of cars. Pretty much if you want to play outrageous amounts of money to live in a community where anything goes and nothing is ever fixed or properly maintained you found your new home.
