on feb 24 I stopped in person to attempt to have propane delivered to a house my mom purchased and was told about 2 weeks they could take carre of it. 4 weeks later I stopped again then 3 weeks after that in mid april I called and was assured they would be in the area and would take care of it. today is may 28 and still a 70yr old woman and her disabled son live with no hot water, no furnace and no way to cook other than a microwave and hot plate. lived thru the worst part of the winter this way and apparently will need to buy an electric range and hot water heater. service sucks folks and I hope you never need propane from this place because by the time you freeze to death you will be hungry and stink like an animal.
