Highly recommended! I was recommended to Joulie after a friend had her hair straightened with the Japanese straightening system. I made an appt. for a consultation, and Joulie was very honest about what to expect and what to costs were. I made a follow-up appt. and was amazed at how shiny my hair was- and the best part was it will stay STRAIGHT for 1 whole year! Then I made a follow-up appt. for 2 weeks for my haircolor and highlights. Joulie uses an Italian color line and teaches other salons on this product. My hair turned out FABULOUS and is still shiny and healthy! I have since recommended my friends to Joulie and they are very happy with her highly specialized training and professionalism!
