By far the worst HOA we have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY PROPERTY in Windemere in La Jolla. The Homeowner's Association is completely inept and incompetent and 100% clueless with anything to do with design or management.

I give one star because there isn't an option for no stars at all.
Those people in the office think they work for the DMV or some government office where there think they are doing you a favor.
There rules are absurd and the gossips about the HOA are just unreal.
What about you not being able to park your own car on your drive way or your kids not allowed to use their skatboards on the street!?
