Nightmare!! Never in my entire life of traveling (all over the world) have I ever had an experience with any other travel agency like I did with this one! It was nearly impossible to get a hold of my agent told she was always "out of the office", would have to call 3-4 each time and leave messages just to get a call back in the next couple of days, the agent changed my flight AND CHARGED my credit card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION because someone called and said they were my "boyfriend" ! So she made the changes, AND ran MY card (which was on file) without ever even contacting me about it! I only found out about it because I was checking my bank account online! NIGHTMARE!!!! Save yourself a lot of time and headache and choose a different travel agency!
