We have had problems with our "new" fifth wheel since the day we bought it. Six months later and we are still dealing with some of the same issues. If you do decide to buy from them, be smart like us and document EVERYTHING. After this week our attorney will be dealing with them, not us. The one star is for their pool. It's a great pool.

Needs to have wider/longer pads for 1-2 vehicle parking. Units 38FT + leaves tight parking for 1 vehicle and unless you have a compact car none for the second. Grass is mowed with no regard to Unit safety or cleanliness. Will throw grass all over Unit and pad. Needs to have electricity usage combined in payment, okay to charge if use over (ex. $60.00 month)
