Stay away. Just stay away. These guys do not deserve to be in business. They refuse to do warranty work on units that were not bought from them. The General manager, Joe French, told me that was how he protects his people. But I bet he tells his customers that they can take the units they sell to any authorized dealer for warranty work. What a hypocrite! Just imagine if car dealers would only do work on cars they sold. The RV industry needs to get rid of businesses that do this - it will help them in the long run. You can do your part by not being a customer to this low-class establishment. BTW, if you look at the service reviews they are TERRIBLE. Seems to be a pattern here - terrible work all around. We were worried about the work they do anyway, based on the reviews, so not going there is probably a blessing in disguise.
