If you want to deal with drivers who are LATE and have no idea how to get to the airport hire this company. I have used them three times now and each time they were late by at least 20 minutes. The most recent time we used them, this week, the driver showed up late again and almost caused my Mom to miss her flight because she got all turned around and ended up going on base at Camp Pendleton. What a joke! When I called and talked to the Manager Terri, all she did was apologize and say people make mistakes. I am sorry but when your job is to provide a ride to the airport you should ensure your drivers know how to get there. This isn't rocket science. I explained to Terri that we are very dissatisfied and asked for compensation or a voucher to use in the future for the stress and inconvenience their company caused, and she said "absolutely not". Wow, what a way to run your business. There are lots of other companies out there that want to ensure their patrons are satisfied. Apparently Advanced Shuttle is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere, I most definitely will be!

I have been using Advanced Shuttle now for about 2 years< i do an extensive amount of travel do to the type of business that I'm in. Every time I've used Advanced its been a pleasurable experience, they have always been on time with very minimal stops along the way. And on the return home would be the same. I've tried other shuttle services in San Diego and Advanced is the best in my book. Give them a try, I highly recommend them.
