I had a great experience with this dealer they made the car buying purchase so easy I would definitely recommend them or use them again myself

Fellow Veterans, Serving Military, and others. Avoid this dealer like the plague. Their service department is nothing but a joke and ripoff. They destroyed my cooling system during a minor oil, filter, and fluid change and told me it was unrelated. They lie and cheat you and the service manager is like an overgrown 13 year old. Avoid at all costs!! Find another place to do business.

I am from out of town, and broke down about 20 miles east of town. I got out my phone and found Bob Stall Chevrolet with good reviews. I called them, and they recommended a tow company and set up an appointment. Once there, I explained I needed to find out quickly what was wrong so I could make decisions on my wide load. They promptly fixed it and got me on my way. Erick was the service rep, and I was extremely pleased with their service! They fixed it quickly, and they fixed it properly. No further issues. Thanks guys!

Outstanding dealership that I have been going to for 19 years. They are people pleasers and go out of their way to help you in finding that perfect vehicle without all the high pressure sales. I Love this dealership, especially Bill the Sales Manager.

Bob Stall is where you should go if you want to browse cars without any pressure, and a no hastle buying experience.

The mechanic that works on Saturn cars very knowledgeable and I trust his work, its nice to have someone who has the experience working on my car. Everyone helpful and friendly!!

04/01/2009: had engine drive belt replaced because it was squeaking. The belt was replaced, but the squeaking was still there $121.20



09/28/2009: Sometimes had trouble starting car. Took car to them. They had car for 2 days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The day I went to pick the car up, the car wouldn't start. They replaced the steering column lock($661.83). Two weeks later, I get in the car and it woudn't start. I went back to the dealer and told them what happened. They told me that it was a new problem.



02/22/2010: I brought the car in for water pump & thermostat replacement.

I told them what the problem was. That I had had the car inspected at Courtesy Chevrolet. They still insisted on doing another diagnostic and charged me $151.50. They failed to convince my extended warranty company that the water pump was covered under warranty.

I spoke with the general manager he refused to help.



DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS BUSINESS. THEY'RE CROOKS!!!
