Provided by YP.comI own a horse ranch in Jamul and I wanted to have my logo embroidered on all the saddle blankets(about 200). The folks at Merlin Embroidery had it done in 3 days and they looked outstanding. I will never take my embroidery needs anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comI went to Merlin Embroidery to get some hats embroidered for my son's little league team. I never knew how embroidery was done before. I pictured a little old lady in a rocking chair with a needle and thread. Boy, was I wrong. They have computerized embroidery machines along every wall. It only took about 3 days to get the hats back and they are perfect. Thanks Merlin

Provided by YP.comI checked out a lot of embroidery shops before I went to Merlin's. I wish I just came here first. They are perfect. Beautiful embroideries for reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

Provided by YP.comThese guys really know their stuff. I don't know anything about Embroidery. I just needed my logo on a bunch of polo shirts for my employees. Keven and his crew were very understanding. They walked me through each step, explaining as they went along. The shirts came out perfect, and now that they have my logo on file next time it will only be a couple bucks per shirt. I am defiantly coming back, and I will recommend this embroidery shop to all my friends.

Provided by YP.comI made a blanket that I wanted a photo and name embroidered on it. I brought the blanket to this company to have the embroidery done. They promised to have it done that afternoon, which they failed to do. They then promised that it would be done the following afternoon which they also failed to do. I found this to be an overall dissatisfying experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
As the owner, I'm sorry to hear of a dissatisfied customer. In this instance when customer's husband called I made it pretty clear that we do not provide the service of embroidering a photo onto a blanket (because of the uneven surface), and that a silk screening process might work depending on the texture of the blanket. I told the customers husband that i would look at the blanket and see what could be done only as an adviser, since we do silk screening as well, the customer dropped off the blanket and overnight after looking at the blanket, i called and informed the couple that this blanket was not going to take well to printing a photo on it and that i could not help them, and did not recommend printing or embroidering a picture onto the blanket. The customer did not like that answer and told me so on the phone, the poor review reflects her dissatisfaction. We are people pleasers and always try to go the extra mile for the customer. Instead of just saying "No I won't do it", since the customer sounded desperate to get the work done, stating, "I've called all over and no one will help me." I said, "I'd look at it," and advise her. I've done this over and over for 20 years now with overwhelmingly positive results. It saddens me to get a negative review. Next time, I'll try to do a better job at communicating with the customer, while trying to be as helpful as I can be.
