They dropped the ball, I can't believe in anyone anymore , I've lost everything, I'm embarrassed to talk to anyone , I can't go out to eat, and eating has become an ordeal. Now I'm totally screwed with No lowers not even one . I've done the best I can do , no one to blame but me.

I have had it with this grotesque poor excuse for a dental office I went in and was x-rayed they told me I needed three crowns fine they started prep on the ground and the temporary crown fell out time and time again and I said this is lame my friend she works at another dental office said hey girl did you forget I'm a hygienist I went into her office and guess what I did need three crowns but I also had 6 cavities that smilecare missed now I never got the crowns said STOP. got all work done at my friends wonderful clean office. smilecare(coast dental) have been taking money out of my account since April I told them to stop they didn't stop I told them I want my money back what are we in now January 2015 its been almost a freaking year and these mother effers cant get their act together. Theyre stalling Lisa in the office hello can I get my money back. $1,448.00. They did not do the crowns they did not do the feelings I had all that work done and it was a thousand dollars cheaper than the quote smilecare gave me you want to see the quote they gave me they wanted to charge me $99 for a toothbrush and not even tell me about it they're a bunch of freaking thieves liars thieves thieves how can you even stand to go into work I told Lisa I'm going to lose my house I need that money a house I'm going to lose it give me my freaking money nothing. pushes it off to district office yet won't give me the name of the person and you know what in the first claim that they forgot to include the crowns the reimbursement for the crowns what the f people?

Ever you do run don't go here it's a puppy mill for freaking dentists. Run far. run fast run away!!!!!

DONT USE THIS HORRIBLE DENTIST!!! The bonding on one of my teeth came off so I went to them to get it fixed. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes then was taking in the back and put in a chair. They left me sitting there for another 2 hours. Finally after I had been there 2.5 hours past my appointment time, I was seem by the dentist. He barely glance at my tooth and then told me I needed a crown. Which I know for sure I did not. I told him I didnt want a crown but bonding on my teeth instead. He said he would have to charge me the same for bonding as a crown, so I might as well get the crown. They should never be the same price!!! He was trying to get me to do unneccessary work. When I refused the crown and asked for the bonding, even if it was the same price. He then came back to say He will not do it. I have no idea why. He then sent the office manage over to ask me to leave since I would do the crown. I was confused and could not fiqure out why. They were so completely rude to me it was unbelieveable. I stated I really needed my tooth fix and why did I have to leave. She said leave now or I will call security on you. All I wanted was my teeth rebonded. What kind of dentist kicks you out of their office because you dont want or need a crown. I can not believe how poorly I have been treated by this dentist and staff. It is really hard to believe they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and dont use this mean, rude and completely unprofessional company.
