HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Don't use them for tailoring/alterations. I only used this cleaners for a few months about 3 or 4 yrs ago. They were supposed to repair a coat of mine with just a few stitches and also take in the sides. Apparently, Olga, the manager, didn't properly translate my request to the lady behind the sewing machine who then ruined my coat where it should have been repaired. Then Olga had the nerve to argue with me saying that I still owed them $45 for the terrible job they did. Why would I pay them to ruin my coat?? Had I known they were going to charge me to ruin my coat I would have done the repair myself by hand.

If you need any kind of stitching done, GO ELSEWHERE.

Wonderful Cleaner, but coupon issues...

I pay the usual very high price for blouses, of course, but know the law about laundering perma-prest shirts from Eddie Bauer which go on the pressing machine the same as men's identical simple business shirts. David Sin and I had an agreement last January that my plain perma-prest shirts would be laundered and starched the same as my husband's

shirts because I cited the law about no gender difference in laundering such shirts. A new clerk who said 6/18 we can no longer use the coupons supplied with our returned items because the owner is losing money honoring the coupons he supplies to the customers, wanted to charge 2.45 for a pair of shorts and each of five perma-prest shirts vice accepting the

1.75 coupon for the shorts and the 1.45 coupon (previously agreed to by David Sin) for the shirts stated her cash register

said she could charge no less than 1.95 for each shirt because that note from before when David and I agreed he would

accept 1.45 coupons for the shirts and 1.75 coupons for the shorts, pants and such still guided her pricing the items if she did not charge the 2.45 she initially charged for each item for a total of 12.70. Then she refused to clean the items after we agreed on the 1.95 each just to get the job done. So I sent them back with the coupons, attached a copy of my January

2009 citing the law about no gender difference for shirts to remind David of our previous agreement before Olga was empolyed and David decided to accept no coupons from us despite giving them to us and others with each completted order... I telephoned, left my phone number for David to call me because we have not spoken recently and I assume he forgot our January 2009 agreement based on the law about no gender differences for plain shirts, etc., and I want to know why he no longer accept coupons from our family and whether that applies to all other customers effective when? I prefer this cleaners near our home for all these years and like having coupons given our fixed income. Their work is good and I want to be treated fairly again as we were for so many years using the coupons and since our January 2009 agreement post the last clerk Maria. I hope David Sin's business gets better and we want him to stay in business but want to pay fair...
