They offer a price match guarantee for all retailers including online. I spoke with March Johnson on 1/13/12 and confirmed the details of the price match including that they would match the out the door price including tax. He confirmed yes, if I could show that price they would honor it. I called on 1/21/12 prior to visiting the store to confirm that they would match the online price and what I needed to bring. I was asked to bring a print out which I did showing the price. The manager then refused to honor it and said regardless of what I was promised they did not care. I called customer service and spoke with Ann who advised me she would call back in 2 hours. Over 3 hours later Don Edwards called me and advised me they would honor the base price but not out the door. He said he agreed that was what I was promised but he did not care as it was below their cost. After a 30 minute conversation he still refused to honor the price and told me oh well and he could not help me.
