One of the worst experiences our family has had. Neither the man who runs the school or his daughter who helps, look like they have ever spent a day exercising. They are both massively overweight so setting a good example is out the window. What is worse is that they spend their time belittling the students and drilling in how terrible they are, never anything good, no positive reinforcement just constantly beating them down. What really surprised me was that this program is made available through La Palma Park and Rec and this teacher actually hits the kids with a stick when they make a mistake. Finally today he was repeatedly hitting a child over and over and the boy?s father had had enough and stood up and said that if he hit his child one more time the father would break the stick off in the instructor where the sun doesn't shine. I just wanted to stand up and applaud this parent; it was so nice that someone finally stood up to him.
