the people they hire for this company are extremely rude and unprofessional. Poor personal skills and horrible grammar, if I didn't know any better I would think this is a scam. One day his name is Vicotor the next it is Dan and he tries to tell me that he is the only one who has talked to me about this account...

When I was told my medical lab bills were handled by this agency, I was stunned because I never received the lab bills directly after insurance paid. Went to DRS for collection. I explained I would pay as billed. They assured me this would not go against any credit reports if payment was made. Payment was made and cleared off in full. Now this collection shows on my credit report as unpaid. This is against the FCRA and they are in violation. According to law, for every credit agency that receives this wrong information, the collection agency owes $1,000 to me. Now, ironically, I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call back.
