I have always been treated very kindly over the phone the staff is always very nice, I call every month to make a payment for 2 years now and I have never had to sit on hold or receive a call back. Not to sure why they have received negative reviews? I Put out my cans they pick them up that's the way a garbage company should work. Thanks Wilderness Garbage.

Horrible company. Abusive to customers. They know they are the only service here so they don't care how the treat you. Stole several of our extra cans we used when we had too much for just their TINY can. They think they are comparable to large service.... could learn a lot from Salt Lake City at least! Wont return email. Cut off service because they don't like us complaining they keep steeling our cans.

Andy is rude on the phone. They dont actually offer recycling they just use it in the name to sound "greener". Unless you want to pollute the planet driving your recycling to them so they can make an extra buck off it.
