OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

Tried this new IHOP Laplace for the first time and was very dissatisfied!! We sat for 45 min waiting for food and had to search for our waitress while watching tables around us getting their food. No one bothered to serve us. We walked out leaving a dollar for the coffee we did get. Told the manager, but will not be back anytime soon. At that rate, they will be open no hours instead of 24 hrs.

This is new to the laplace area, but it is off to a terrible start. I recently visited the ihop and had the worst service. I actually got togo plates handed to me before my entire meal was brought out. Not only was the service slow, but the orders were all wrong. The management did absolutely nothing to resolve issues, they only simply said to bare with it!! I have never heard of this. Their excuse was that the kitchen was bad?! I would not return to this location. I am living in the laplace area, but i am willing to drive to the ihop on williams Blvd, in Kenner, before I return to this one.
