Provided by YP.comThe only place to find Andouille made and smoked the old fashioned way. Remember going with my dad to purchase Andouille so he could make a Chicken and Andouille Gumbo that I am still trying to duplicate! He still won't give me his recipe, but know now a key is Wayne Jacob's Andouille. So glad this place is still in existence and am able to purchase that Andouille I remember.
