VI Was sent to kliss from samsung over a cracked screen when i had brought it home from purchase. The man was very quick to order it and came to replace it the same day it came in. Mind you i live an hr and a half from the office answered every question and stayed to make sure eveything was set up and looked good. Would deff refer to anyone and everyone seeking a repair.

Service was friendly and efficient. I placed a call on Samsung's website when I discovered my brand new TV had two very bad defects (Bad speaker and bad HDMI2 port).



Kliss came out and replaced both parts in around an hour, stuck around while I tested it and said if I needed any help at all to call his cell phone.



Excellent service. My new TV works now, which is also a huge plus!

My experience with Kliss Electronics has been terrible. Promises of service visits left unfulfilled. Unanswered phone calls. Multiple messages left with no response at all. More than a month later and our television is still not working due to a defective part that is supposed to be covered by Samsung and repaired by Kliss. This format doesn't allow reviewers to give zero stars, but that is my true rating. If it were possible I'd make it negative stars. My next step will be a report to the Better Business Bureau.
