Horrible service - not sure if the big woman is the owner but she couldn't wait to get to her food - she charged me 35 dollars and did the crappiest job on my nails - I just moved here and she did my nails so fast and was hurting each finger as she almost burned a hole in my nail with the dremmell tool they use - she got mad when I told her she was hurting me - I was stupid to even tip her - I got home and my nails are the ugliest I have ever had them - the pink and white look so fake and the white part is bigger than the inside of my nail!!! I had to buy a file and file them down as they looked so huge and abnormal!! Dont go here they are all lazy and rude - too many other nail places although Laporte has none to speak of....

I went as a repeat customer to the salon Sat. afternoon and was told there would be a wait at 3 p.m.; so I came back at 5:15 (they close at 6pm) and the girl spoke sharply in Vietnamese and the desk girl said, "she says she's tired." Wow.....I could never say that at my job! I left saying, well I don't want an unpleasant pedi.... Needless to say there are many, many nail salons to try NEXT!
