This pharmacy is so bad it doesnt even deserve one star! Its a disgrace to other responsive and organized Walgreens pharmacies. It has gotten so bad that i have transfered all my prescriptions to the pharmacy by my work. I use this one for emegencies. If your doctor uses electronic prescriptions they begin working on your prescriptions when you show up asking for them so the wait times in the drive thru and the counter are horrendous. They will not answer your calls. Today I called three times. The last time i called i waited 17 minutes and they hung up on me. This has happened in the past and the terrible thing is it doesnt matter what time of day. After all the waiting and frustration I experienced today I called the other Walgreens on Gessner and my call was answered on the second ring. AMAZING! Move your prescriptions people. Maybe if everyone didn't feel at their mercy and they lost customers they would take action on that dump.

Walgreens is convenient to my home and carries lots of grocery items that I may need to quickly pick up. There's one lady who works the cosmetics counter register that is very nice and helpful.
