i have had a couple of computers fixed through aliens computer repair. every time the owner alex is very polite and understanding while explaining what is wrong. he breaks down the services provided, why they were provided, and what the cost of each service is. his prices are fair, and he makes sure the product is returned to the buyer in both a timely fashion and in better condition than it was received. i would highly recommend this repair shop.
