I wanted to give my momther a halloween araingement for her birthday. It first starts by them calling my mother telling her about the flowers there goes the surpprise saying they need to conferm the address they had my number. The flowers smelled like spray paint. It was horrible!!!!! Im soo imberrassed they said theywill fix it will see.

The flower arrangements I have ordered from them in the past have always looked exactly like the samples. Flowers are always fresh and gorgeous. Most inviting, helpful, and cheerful staff. I have been ordering flowers from Flowers by Eugene for years and will continue in doing so for the years to come. Always more than happy with my order. Also they are great in helping you out if you need to place a last minute order. You will not be disappointed with your purchase.

We buy all of our flowers here and my parents have been buying from this company since 1961! You don't stay in business that long by giving bad service. This shop has a huge selection of ultra fresh flowers. Their arrangements are creative and beautiful. Service is also excellent. Been shopping here for years and have never been disappointed.

I just moved to the area and found this great florist in my neighborhood. I loved fresh cute flowers in my house and they always have a large selection with reasonable prices. They girls there are very nice and always have great suggestions.

I was very dissapointed when I received a coursage that I ordered. I actually went in and picked out the one I wanted for my sister's baby shower and because I was so busy the day of I had someone else go pick it up and it was nothing like I expected when I saw it. The flowers were not fresh at all and though the flowers used were the ones expected I thought it would be much larger then it actually was, especially for the price. Like someone else said, it was simply okay, but with this many flower shops in the area I will not be returning here.
