Hi I bought a bunk bed 4 months ago for my daughters. And last week, when my daughter went to sit on the top bunk, it collapsed! My other daughter was getting ready to lay down on the bottom bunk just before it happened. We were scared. I called Rogers the very next day to ask them to replace it, but they would not. I was told there is only a 90 day warranty for children's furniture. Man! It's the principle, I was sold an item that could have severely hurt my girls. Their website states a 1 year warranty! Very disappointed. They repaired it for free, with glue and screws, and said to put it on the bottom, to switch the bunks.. just in case!
