My daughter ordered a cage for a chinchilla a couple of weeks ago. The box came severely damaged, upon opening the product, it was not what she expected. We are wanting to return. Nowhere on the item is there a number except for on the shipping label of 626-961-2489. I have called the # hundreds of time, no one answers the phone. I have looked up the business and found the same #, so know I have correct #. Thanks for nothing, you have made it impossible to return anything. If not too much to ask, would like a response via email bernardonishawn@yahoo.com at your earliest convenience....if that is not too much to ask!!!!! I wish there was a way to give you NO STARS!

First the shipping box was torn up, causing the bird cage I ordered to be cracked. I bought this because of it's similar size to the old one I had, that wasn't the problem. Paying for shipping to receive merchandize not a problem, but having to return it and pay return shipping for an unusable product was not expected. So the cage was appx. $60.00 , the shipping was over $60.00 total and not get a thing out of it, disgusting business. I haven't and will not ever order from this company again.!!
