Employees at the mall are more attentive of their customers and have better customer service, here there's nothing but a bunch of "know it all" youngsters,was happy to see a new location close to home but i rather deal with the parking issue at the mall and come out happy then go here and come out upset! These youngsters need some classes on customer service cus they sure lack them skills!
