Stay away. Lacey King is a property manager. She supposes to manage your investment property but all she is concern about your money. She neglect and doesn't communicate with you about your property nor doesn’t she go out to your property. She lies about the invoices (fake invoices) to charge something that she didn't do. She is a big liar. Property manager I think NOT. She is more of managing her pocket. Also when she bids for paint job she said she got several bids but she doesn't. Instead one must think she did, but she come up with her own maintenance person (non-professional painter nor licensed) and comes up with lowest $$ so that you are tricked into going with her personnel. She also claims that that person is highly qualify for the job but doesn't give any references. When I (owner) went out there after the tenant moved out, I got completely different result. Lawn water is shut off-grass are dead, hole on the wall, and place needs serious work and repair. If the prop. manager suppose to manage your prop. it shouldn't turn out this way-DON'T you THINK? Please be advise and learn from my mistake and look somewhere else.
