Established in 1977, AgriNews is a family-owned news tribune located in LaSalle, Ill. The newspaper includes three editions in more than 24 Illinois counties. Its Web site offers a variety of sections, such as news, weather and a searchable archive of past stories, displays, classified ads and subscription information. Its monthly publication, CountryNews, was established in 2000. It focuses on topics, such as gardening, crafts, antiques and local festivals. It has covered various events, such as the National FFA Convention, the North American International Livestock Exposition, the National Farm Machinery Show and the Commodity Classic, the annual meeting of the National Corn Growers Association and the American Soybean Association.
