All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are on the ball, as far as making sure my records and checkups are up to date, and always call to remind me of my appointments. They also have been terrific and helping find loopholes and working with my finances, when my insurance plans/coverage changed. Numerous times, I've had different pairs of glasses get twisted or cracked and they've never given me any problems or complaints. They immediately take to fixing them and getting me seeing again, regardless of where I purchased the frames. Their main concern is that regardless of who comes through the door, they leave seeing to the very best of their ability. These guys are all awesome!
