I hate to write a negative review but everytime I drive past this garage I get angry. I trusted Mike to do oil change and safety check on our motorhome which includes checking the tires. Paid $150 for it. On a trip the following week, experienced wobble in steering. At destination, checked tires and left front was worn to cord and that couldn't have just happened in 300 miles. Roadside service checked tire pressure on all tires and they were all underinflated. In complaining to Mike about this he stated that people prefer to have the tires underinflated. Hello! Shouldn't I be the one to decide this? He didn't offer any apology. Along with this, I was noticing the motor was not idling as it should. In taking rig to a different site and asking them to check this, they stated the air cleaner was not properly installed. No wonder the rig was ready to pick up so soon after I left it at La Verne Auto. They probably never looked at the tires and did a slip shod job on the rest.
