Placed order for Rx. Took 2 weeks to get an email reply, 3 days for a phone call. Extremely rude customer service. Never received my order, yet My credit card information is still linked on their website. I visit the BBB website...I am not the only one who has experienced a problem. Customers complain of horrible customer service, wrong orders, unauthorized credit card charges, and more. I would NEVER recommend this company, NEVER!
