Ok these are decent apartments and have a garage - a good floorplan which felt like a home. however all the luxuries were negated by the bugs and the high utilities. I had a problem with black bugs and silverfish the entire time I lived here (9 months). In addition, these people are difficult and will hit you with cleaning fees when you leave. I was not only denied my deposit but was charged an additional $205 for carpet cleaning and painting. Never mind the fact that I paid my cleaning lady to clean and the place was immaculate. The carpets were extremely stained and dirty when I moved in - so while they charge you on move out to clean carpets - I do not believe they do. They also have you paying gas and electricity and for water and sewer (which is averaged per unit for the entire complex and that means watering the common areas) The pool is an indoor pool and was never warm enough to swim in - so is basically a wasted amenity. Also the exercise room is full of run down broken equipment. I'd think about something that is a little less and a bit better run before considering these apartments.
